I just wanted to say how happy I was with the service I received rectifying a fault on my Audi A4 today. The car was really poor to drive due to a transmission issue, I had been to a number of transmission ‘specialists’ and was told I needed a new clutch and gearbox at a cost of £3000+.
Dave in your service department was very professional and kept me informed all day. (Never experienced this at a main dealer!) after your team took the car for a test drive and checked the car over, I was told the car needed a software update and would be done the same day! I was astonished and didn’t believe the fault would be rectified until I came to collect the car. I’m over the moon. An honest service provided and very rare to find these days! The car and my future Audis irrespective of age will be coming to you from now on. I thank you!
